Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is established by and responsible to the Board of Commissioners. The tasks of the Company Audit Committee include examination of the financial information of the Company; verification of the Company’s compliance with the laws and regulations governing the capital market and other laws and regulations pertaining to the Company’s activities; informing the Board of Commissioners of the various risks confronting the Company and the risk management actions taken by the Board of Directors; examination of complaints pertaining to the Company with this information reported to the Board of Commissioners; and safeguarding the confidentiality of the Company’s documents, data and information.

The Company's Audit Committee is established in compliance with the provisions of Regulation of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (IFSA) No. IX.I.5 concerning Audit Committees and decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-305/BEJ/07-2004. The Company's Audit Committee was appointed pursuant to a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners Meeting for a term of office expiring in 2016.

The Audit Committee meetings are held to ensure that proper actions are taken to anticipate key risk factors, such as credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, legal risks, compliance risk and strategic risk. In addition, the Audit Committee conducts regular evaluations of the adequacy of all risk management policies implemented by the Board of Directors. The Audit Committee meets regularly once every 3 (three) months with 100% of members attending.

D.N. Adnyana has insights and experience as Independent Commissioner since 1995. Also Independent Commissioner for PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk and PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk as well as lecturer at several academic institutions in Jakarta. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1975 and earned a Doctorate in Metallurgy from the Leuven Catholic University, Belgium, in 1981.


Ricky Rudolf launched his career by taking up work at a number of securities firms, among others in Sinarmas Group and Salim Group. Through this, he has developed extensive knowledge and insights of the world of finance and capital market. Ricky Rudolf has an educational background in Management Economics from the School of Economics of the Indonesian Entrepreneurship Development Institute in Jakarta (STIE-IPWIJA), and has attended various forms of training for the capital market.
